of the river in Key 7 has to do with this. A clue
to the meaning of the gematria of this number.

in Key 20, Judgement, who represents the
awakened Ego-consciousness turning inward and
eastward to Yekhidah in Kether. Refers also to
Metatron and Enoch. see 3 14,37,620.
In Exodus 2:6: "And when she had opened it [i.e.
the ark], she saw the child, and behold, the babe
was weeping. And she had compassion on him,
and said, this is one of the Hebrew's children."
Also boy in 1 Samuel 1:24: "And when she had
weaned him, she took him up with her, with a
tree your old bullock and an Ephah of flour and a
skin of wine, and brought him to the house of the
lord in Shiloh; and the boy was very young."

almost always mentioned in connection with his
youngest son David. In 1 Samuel 16: 1, 3:. "...Fill
your horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to
Jesse the Bethlehemite ... and I will call Jesse to
the sacrifice, and I will show thee what thou
shall do. And thou shall anoint unto me-him
whom 1 name unto three. see 386,326,24 (note),

Thomas Troward refers to the wonderful child in
Isaiah 11: 1 described as Immanuel and linked
later as a prophecy of the Christ: "His
grandfather's name is Jesse."
I. "A further description of him occurs in Isaiah
1 1 : 1, where we again find the same three stages-
first Jesse, next the stem proceeding out of Jesse,
and lastly the Rod or Branch growing out of the
stem. No Jesse is the father of David, and
therefore, 'the Branch' is the same person
regarding whom Isaiah and Jesus propounded
their conundrums. Placing these four remarkable

passage together, we get the following
description of the Wonderful Child:
His name is Immanuel. His father's name
is David. His grandfather's name is
Jesse. And He is His own grandfather
and Lord over His father.
What is it that answers to this description? Again
we find the solution of the enigma in the names.
'Jesse' means 'to be,' or 'he that is,' which at once
brings us back to all we have learned concerning
the Universal I AM-the ONE Eternal Spirit
which is 'the Everlasting Father."' [Troward,
1942, p. 171.1
