Rp1q3 We have access to wireless LAN and wireless WAN. I am not familiar with EDGE 3G and<br />

GPRS technology or few have very little knowledge about it. We don‟t have any use of it<br />

in the department. But I believe the directors are using 3G on their mobile phone.<br />

Rp2q3 Yes in this department we are accessing Wireless LAN but not wireless WAN. Not<br />

familiar with EDGE, 3G and GPRS technologies. We don‟t use them here.<br />

Rp3q3 I am not familiar with all these technologies terms, I have bought a 3G mobile phone but<br />

don‟t know how to use all the features in that cell phone, I only use it for receiving and<br />

making call and sending SMS. In the department, the government provides credit for<br />

manager cells phones.<br />

Rp4q3 No we don‟t have access yet to the wireless technology as mention here. All other<br />

technology mention here, I am not familiar with their use. We just don‟t have any use of<br />

it.<br />

Rp5q3 Here in the Ministry we use Laptop to access Wireless LAN. Only the directors are using<br />

3G. No idea of EDGE and GPRS, what are those. No use of this technology in the<br />

Ministry<br />

Rp6q3 Yes we have access to Wireless LAN using laptops, no Wireless WAN. Not familiar what<br />

is 3G, EDGE, and GPRS. These does not exist yet so no use of it.<br />

Rp7q3 Wireless LAN is mostly used in the Department, but we sometimes access Wireless WAN<br />

if there is a Good Coverage of Network and also we can use Google talk.<br />

Rp8q3 The director general and minister are provided with Blackberry phones so they can<br />

receive emails but here in the department we can access our email through wireless LAN.<br />

No EDGE or GPRS technologies and not too sure about its usage. No we don‟t have it.<br />

Rp10q3 We have access to wireless LAN but not wireless WAN. I am not familiar with these<br />

technologies, 3G, EDGE and GPRS. We don‟t use them I suppose.<br />

Rp13q3 We don‟t have access to any of these technologies. Wireless LAN and wireless WAN will<br />

soon be deploy in the coming months.<br />

Rp14q3 We have access to any of these technologies. We use only LAN to connect to our laptop.<br />

Rp15q3 In our department, we have access to Wireless LAN and wireless WAN. We also use<br />

Bluetooth using our cell phone. No use of 3G, EDGE or GPRS technologies as they<br />

simply don‟t exist.<br />

Rp16q3 We don‟t have access to wireless LAN or wireless WAN but I am familiar with Bluetooth<br />

Networking as I use it to transfer photos and other media files from my cell phone to my<br />

computer. No use of 3G, GPRS or EDGE. They are not there yet.<br />

Rp18q3 Wireless does not exist in our department, however we have connections in some other<br />

places where Doctor have access for direct communications to others doctors locally and<br />

internationally.<br />

Rp19q3 We don‟t have such technologies; hope to be able to have access to them in the near<br />

future.<br />

Rp20q3 We have practical application of wireless LAN and wireless WAN in the department. I<br />

used to be a marketing director at TVL and my understanding is that 3G network is not<br />

yet deployed. The network we currently have is the 2G and 2.5G network. Hope our ISPs<br />

will deployed 3G network so many people can enjoy the benefits of the 3G technology.<br />
