Motors are capable of carrying an axial load in most applications according to the following general
guidelines. These guidelines should only be used as approximations.

Axial load force
• With no radial load, the axial load rating is 100%
of the radial load rating from the table above.
• With a radial and an axial load, the axial load
rating is 44% of the radial load rating from the
table above.
