This workshop is created for women from different countries who want to develop their
consciousness about themselves and who want to feel their own power and vividness. The
participants should be willing to learn with bodywork and meditations and also with creativity and
analytic methods. The workshop is mainly addressed to women who have little access to adult
education because of their disadvantages (based on migration, low educational or economical
background, rural area). It is also open for women from areas/countries where body-oriented and
holistic ways of learning are underdeveloped until now (e.g. Romania, Turkey, Latvia, Bulgaria).
Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
If you join this workshop, you will experience a process of self-reflexion and growth of self-esteem.
You will get more and more abilities to express your own feelings, needs and desires. To support
you in this process during the workshop we will use bodywork and other holistic tools like
meditation, creativity, roleplaying and dance/movement. On the first day you will make contact
with the other participants and with your own body. You experience yourself, get more grounding
and learn to open yourselves towards your present feelings (like fear, pleasure, aggression,
sadness…). The second day you will reflect your life-situation and get in an exchange with the
other women. You share your own knowledge about your life with women from other countries and
by this you get really in touch with European learning. The third day will be fully used to activate
your energy. Bodywork will help you to connect with your body and make you feel your own
possibilities and boundaries. You may start feeling more of your strength and power - by all kind of
physical games and possibilities to act out feelings, by dancing and moving. This brings you more
in contact with your own womanhood. The diversity among all the women will open up more and
more freedom in finding your own way about how to be a woman. Day number four brings the
participants in contact with their own womanhood. The bodywork helps them to connect with their
own female body. They reflect female role models - especially their mothers. The diversity among
the participants will open up more and more freedom in finding the own perspective about how to
be a women. On the last day the main question will be how to transfer your own power and
vividness in your daily life and how to transfer the experiences and the risen consciousness in the
normal life. Therefor we will celebrate a ritual to experience confirmation in your process of getting
free. There will be space to evaluate the workshop and to celebrate our community.
