Target Group + Translation:<br />

Adults (40+) including employed, unemployed, retired and pensioners. Priority for senior citizens.<br />

Recriutment will be held in all eligible countries assumpting that final group will include citizens<br />

representing min. 7 eligible countries.<br />

Main activities Programme + Programme translation:<br />

Voice and body expression workshops are unique methods developed by Polish artists and<br />

educators with international reputation, that is, Olga Szwajgier and Marta Pietruszka. Workshops<br />

involve both individual and group techniques, working with voice expression (proper breathing,<br />

cohesion of sounds and actions, theraphy and relaxation with and through music) and body<br />

expression (body language, integrity, balance, gestures, basis of drama techniques, expressing<br />

emotions). Workshops are adjusted as a method of self-development and appropriate for nonprofessionals,<br />

beginners, and amateurs.<br />

Internal individual and group presentations will be developed during the training process, sessions<br />

will include feedback from other participants and trainers.<br />

Complementary workshops will be lead by experienced trainers (antidiscrimination specialists,<br />

intercultural psychologists, evaluators). Study visits will be realized with help of professional<br />

guides who are prepared to work with multicultural groups.<br />

Key outputs for participants: awareness of his/her body and voice, self-acceptance, selfconsciousness,<br />

assertiveness, insight in personal strengths and areas for improvement, precision and<br />

strength in expressing emotions and needs, determination to overcome internal and external<br />

barriers, courage in putting aims up, overcoming stereotypes and prejudices, experience advantages<br />

of working in team, insight in advantages consequent on diversity, readiness to work in an<br />

intercultural environment, flexibility and leadership skills development. Both programme<br />

construction and training competences are combined to create and strengthen positive attitude<br />

towards increasing or gaining new competences, self-investment in education (not necessarily<br />

financial but in terms of the readiness to meet new educational challenges and to search for them)<br />

and in different lifelong learning forms (formal, informal education, incidental learning). Another<br />

asset will be practicing and better communication in English.<br />
