Il workshop di 6 giornate affronta la mobilità come strumento fondamentale attraverso il quale
promuovere un senso più profondo di identità e di cittadinanza europea sviluppando nuove
competenze linguistiche e interculturali, potenziando il capitale umano, accrescendo le opportunità
di occupazione, creando vantaggi sia al lavoratore che al datore di lavoro. L’attività si articolerà in:
testimonianza degli adulti che hanno fatto esperienza di mobilità, tavoli di confronto su
identificazione e definizione dei principali ostacoli alla mobilità; la mobilità per superare il gap
linguistico; la mobilità come strumento contro l’esclusione sociale e l’incremento della occupabilità
ed il lavoro, la mobilità per incentivare la conoscenza tra europei; laboratori pratici e simulazioni.
Alla fine dei lavori è prevista la produzione di un video di 3/5 minuti sulla mobilità al fine di
promuovere ed incentivare fra gli adulti esperienze di mobilità. Expected outputs (especially in

sull’importanza della mobilità in quanto arricchimento sia esperienziale che relazionale e delle
competenze - informare, motivare e orientare alla mobilità - stimolare il confronto su un tema
europeo persone con background differenti
The 6-day workshop will address the mobility as a fundamental tool through which to promote a
deeper sense of identity and citizenship by developing new language and intercultural skills,
strengthening human capital, increasing employment opportunities, creating benefits to both the
worker to employer. The activity will consist of: the testimony of adults who have experienced
mobility, tables comparing the identification and definition of the main obstacles to mobility, the
mobility to overcome the language gap, the mobility as a tool against social exclusion and increase
of employment and labor mobility to foster understanding between Europeans, hands-on labs and
simulations. At the end of the work production of a video 3 / 5 minutes on mobility in order to
promote and encourage mobility experiences among adults. Expected outputs (especially in terms
of the learning outcomes for the participants) - Encouraging participants to reflect on the
importance of mobility as enrichment of experiential and relational skills - To inform, motivate and
influence the mobility - To foster the mutual enrichment and to compare on an issue of European
importance people with different backgrounds.
