Dospělé osoby se zájmem o problematiku seniorů, zejm. téma aktivního prarodičovství. Zájemci o
téma aktivního a zdravého stárnutí, o téma rodičovství, prarodičovství a výchovy dětí. Nastávající i
současní prarodiče, prarodiče s handicapem; osamělí senioři, zástupci institucí nebo odborníci
pracující se seniory.
Adults interested in the topic of aging, especially in the topic of active grandparenting: persons
interested in active and healthy aging, parenting, grandparenting and raising children. (Future)
grandparents; handicapped grandparents; lonely seniors, representatives of institutions or
professionals working with seniors.
Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
1. Prarodičovství a jeho výzvy v dnešní Evropě: srovnání zkušeností účastníků.
2. Jsem prarodičem, a to znamená…: aktivní stárnutí, pozitiva a výzvy stáří, role prarodiče
v komunitě, prarodičovské kompetence, genealogie s praktickým workshopem.
3. Prarodiče, zaměstnavatelé a komunita: jak spojit práci a prarodičovství, aktivní zapojení do
komunity; exkurze.
4. Prarodič a rodiče jeho vnoučat: jak se vyrovnat s novými výchovnými trendy; psychologie
dětství; rodina v dnešní době; soužití generací.
5. Prarodič a jeho vnoučata: Trávení volného času s vnoučaty: děti a ICT; smysluplné trávení
volného času; vlastní prarodičovské vzory; zážitkový workshop o hraní s dětmi.

grandparent.
3. Grandparents, employers and community: how to balance work and grandparenting; active
participation in the life of community (incl. field trip).
4. Grandparents and the parents of their grandchildren: how to cope with new trends of raising
children; developmental psychology of childhood; family today; generations living together.
5. Grandparents and their grandchildren: spending leisure time with grandchildren; children and
ICT; meaningful leisure time; finding out one’s own grandparenting models; experiential workshop
on playing with children.
