Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
The aim of the workshop is to develop through Social Art concept approach, creative programmes,
and sustainable policies inside of Adult Education and Cultural institutions for reintegration of
vulnerable people back into the labour market. The workshop is a creative mixture from theory
(Social Art Network, social inclusion, ICT instruments) and exercises from Arts and Cultural
Management (role-plays, drama exercises, pictures, discussions in small and big groups,
presentations, drawings); The workshop is based on 3 levels: Level 1: Management of adult
education for reinforcing programmes in Social Art seen as a method for integration back into
community life of people in risk of social exclusion through developing Short Modules of Adult
Reconversion (CRCE Theory); Level 2: Strategies for stimulating demand for learning through
developing creative SMART modules according with adults’ learners needs of competencies
development; Level 3: Reinforcing links between education and working life through spreading the
knowledge of educational programmes development importance inside of social-cultural
institutions.
