Target Group + Translation:
This workshop is meant for adult learners interested in directing their own lifelong learning process
and developing themselves. This process will be closely linked with the learning process of the
other participants through peer to peer learning, reflection groups and Council. Participants should
want to implement their results in their local community and share them with other people around
Europe.
Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
You will be supported in finding out your learning needs, your personal development wishes and
how all of this can be connected to and shared with other people. The activities likely to be part of
the program include: Self-assessment: what are my learning needs? what are my personal
development wishes? Inspiration session: what is my vision and my values in life? Creating
learning trajectories: designing a personal learning journey Supporting learning: supporting other
people's individual and collective learning Community learning: how can my learning serve my
community Evaluating learning outcomes: how do I know what I've learned and how I share that
with others?
Expected outputs are:
-Experience in directing your own learning
-Experience personal development based on your needs and wishes
-Experience in supporting the learning of other adult learners
-How to use web based learning tools to support (self-directed) learning
-Peer learning and community communication
The workshop location is Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland. The exact location will be booked once the
participants have been selected. Detailed information about the facilities and the workshop in
general will be given beforehand.
The working language of the workshop will be English, however language support and translation
can be provided if necessary.
