Target Group + Translation:<br />

This workshop is meant for adult learners interested in directing their own lifelong learning process<br />

and developing themselves. This process will be closely linked with the learning process of the<br />

other participants through peer to peer learning, reflection groups and Council. Participants should<br />

want to implement their results in their local community and share them with other people around<br />

Europe.<br />

Main activities Programme + Programme translation:<br />

You will be supported in finding out your learning needs, your personal development wishes and<br />

how all of this can be connected to and shared with other people. The activities likely to be part of<br />

the program include: Self-assessment: what are my learning needs? what are my personal<br />

development wishes? Inspiration session: what is my vision and my values in life? Creating<br />

learning trajectories: designing a personal learning journey Supporting learning: supporting other<br />

people's individual and collective learning Community learning: how can my learning serve my<br />

community Evaluating learning outcomes: how do I know what I've learned and how I share that<br />

with others?<br />

Expected outputs are:<br />

-Experience in directing your own learning<br />

-Experience personal development based on your needs and wishes<br />

-Experience in supporting the learning of other adult learners<br />

-How to use web based learning tools to support (self-directed) learning<br />

-Peer learning and community communication<br />

The workshop location is Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland. The exact location will be booked once the<br />

participants have been selected. Detailed information about the facilities and the workshop in<br />

general will be given beforehand.<br />

The working language of the workshop will be English, however language support and translation<br />

can be provided if necessary.<br />
