3.7 Property acquisition<br />

No temporary or permanent property acquisition would be required to construct and<br />

operate the proposal. All works would take place within the existing road reserve,<br />

owned by the State Government and managed by either City <strong>of</strong> Sydney Council or<br />

Roads and Maritime.<br />
