Those involving Village matters where asignificant attendance is anticipated may also be conducted at the MPC.Village Protocol OfficeThe Village Protocol Office will be located at the main entrance of the ParalympicVillage. It will handle all Village protocol issues and will operate as a welcome pointfor all eligible Paralympic Family and dignitaries visiting the Paralympic Village. Guestpasses will be issued from the Guest Pass Centre adjacent to the Village ProtocolOffice. The Village Protocol Office will be open from 09:00–21:00 from 22 August –12 September 2012.Paralympic Family members who wish to participate in a protocol tour should registerat the Village Protocol Office, the Protocol Coordination Centre or the ParalympicInformation Desk at the Paralympic Family Hotels. The booking must be submitted 24hours before the intended date of the visit.
