UK TV licence paymentNPCs planning to set up their own televisions in the UK will need to purchase a UK TVlicence. Further information including payment methods can be found at:www.tvlicensing.co.uk/4.9.2 Paralympic Network telephonesA Paralympic Network telephone will be provided for each NPC and Chef de Missionoffice. These will be configured to make free calls within and between all venues, andto UK landlines and UK mobiles. NPCs will be charged for any international callsmade.Simple handset user guides in English will be issued to NPCs.Paralympic Network telephone standard features:Standard handset, call display, call waiting and call forwarding, three-wayconferencing, call transfer, call barring, including blocking reversed charge calls.Mobile phone service- LOCOG will provide each NPC delegation with the use of two Samsung handsets,which NPCs are expected to return at the end of the Games.- LOCOG will offer NPCs the opportunity to purchase handsets should they wish tokeep them.- Access to international calling is available, but NPCs are responsible for allinternational call charges.- Telephone numbers will be allocated from May 2012 and handsets will bedistributed during the Delegation Registration Meeting (DRM).NPC Presidents and Secretaries General will also receive a free handset, which willbe distributed by LOCOG’s International Relations team following arrival in London.The same conditions as above apply.The Paralympic Family mobile telephony service offers enhanced levels of voice and,in specific locations, data capabilities with access to Wi-Fi data connections forsupported Samsung handsets.
