4.8.6 PaymentAll invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. LOCOG will fulfil or<strong>de</strong>rsonly when full payment has been received. Payment must be ma<strong>de</strong> by electronic banktransfer. Detailed electronic transfer instructions will be provi<strong>de</strong>d with the invoice. TheNPC is responsible for payment of all bank charges related to payments ma<strong>de</strong> toLOCOG.During Games time, no invoices will be issued. Games-time or<strong>de</strong>rs (and anyassociated <strong>de</strong>posits) must be paid at the time of or<strong>de</strong>r and must be paid for in cash orby Visa. Receipts will be issued for all Games-time payments received.Please note that at Games time, the Rate Card team will only accept a maximum of£10,000 in total cash payments from any one organisation for the sale of goods. Thisis to ensure LOCOG’s compliance with UK money laun<strong>de</strong>ring regulations. The policyapplies to the sale of items, not rental, and specifically inclu<strong>de</strong>s the sale of mobilephone handsets, prepaid top ups, prepaid Visa cards and the sale of anyconsumables such as paper and toner cartridges.Please note also that the Rate Card team will only accept a maximum of £500 in cashin any one transaction.Credit card and <strong>de</strong>bit card transactions are not subject to the limits <strong>de</strong>scribed above.4.8.7 Games-time operationsThe Rate Card <strong>de</strong>sk will be located in the NPC Services Centre in the ParalympicVillage. A Rate Card service will operate at the Paralympic Rowing Village and theParalympic Sailing Village.Following the Delegation Registration Meeting (DRM), Rate Card check-in for itemsused in the Village will take place during the Inventory and Inspection (I&I) at the sametime as the check-in for free issue items. An authorised person from each NPC will berequired to confirm acceptance of all Rate Card items.
