Thislaw applies in the UK but is also inten<strong>de</strong>d to apply to activities that take placeoverseas. Please make your team members, sponsors and others who will have accessto tickets aware of this offence. This offence is enforced by the police in the UK, andLOCOG will not be able to assist if the rules are breached. If tickets are no longerrequired, they may be resold via the CTP.Key ticketing programme rules:- ATRs must abi<strong>de</strong> by the Ticket Sales Agreement (TSA), the IPC Handbook and allpolicies and procedures set out in the NPC Ticketing Gui<strong>de</strong>, which is continuallyupdated during the run-up to the Games;- Tickets and packages may be sold only within their own approved territories;- NPCs are responsible for the actions of their ATRs;- ATRs must communicate London 2012 ticket use terms and conditions to all ticketrecipients and spectators; and- NPCs are responsible for the integrity of the London 2012 ticket sales programmein their territories.If you are aware of London 2012 tickets being sold in your territory without LOCOG’sauthorisation, please notify the IPC and NPCticketing@london2012.com.London 2012 – NPC <strong>Chefs</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Mission</strong> <strong>Dossier</strong>186
