Eight resident centres will operate from07:00–23:00 and three resident centres will be open 24 hours a day. Their mainpurpose will be to cater to all the accommodation needs of the NPCs and the Villageresidents.Each resident centre will provide a front desk, hotel-like service which will assist withthe resolution of issues relating to accommodation services in the Village. Morespecifically, all resident centres will provide the following services to residents:AccommodationrelatedrequestsHousekeeping requests and maintenance issues are serviced bythe resident centres and handled by trained LOCOG staff. Bothrequests and issues will be documented and followed up by therelevant functional areas (Housekeeping, Maintenance,Logistics, etc).
