5.10.2 Client Ticket Portal (CTP)This user-friendly, web-based tool was developed specifically for LOCOG by ourmarketing partner and system supplier, Ticketmaster. It allows the user to accesshis/her account from any computer with internet access, build a request in his/herprivate account, make and save changes, and submit requests – all through a secure,password-protected website.5.10.3 Session demand classificationsSessions are classified as ‘high demand’ or ‘regular demand’ to aid the requestprocess. ‘High demand’ sessions are all sessions with reserved seating. Please beaware that requests for certain ‘high demand’ sessions will far exceed availability.Based on demand, some sessions may be subject to initial limits in order to allocateand manage the inventory fairly.5.10.4 Price categoriesLOCOG offers a wider range of seating categories than previous Games, with up tofive price categories at certain venues. Offering such a wide selection will allowclients to specify location requirements in greater detail and will ensure LOCOG ismaking seating available at a wide range of prices to cater for varied requirementsand affordability.5.10.5 NPC programmes for team and athlete qualification-linkedticketsLOCOG Ticketing will offer bespoke programmes that are specific to NPCs and theirunique needs, in order to provide them with increased, no-risk access to their ownathletes/teams’ events. These will include:- ‘Follow my team’ tickets offered during the initial request period for thepreliminary and final rounds of Wheelchair Basketball (Men, Women), Football 5-a-side/7-a-side, Volleyball (Sitting) (Men, Women), Goalball (Men, Women) andWheelchair Rugby;- athlete family and friends purchase options that will be available for eachqualifying NPC following athlete qualification and draw (where relevant) –London 2012 – NPC Chefs de Mission Dossier182
