There will also be Paralympic Transport Desks at the Paralympic Family Hotels(Grange St. Paul’s and Grange City hotels). In addition, a transport desk will belocated in the Paralympic Family lounge in each competition venue.The Transport desks will provide the following services:- Schedule and service information;- Maps and transport guidance;- T3 reservation service;- Transport issue resolution; and- Paralympic Family dedicated vehicles issues and/or resolution.5.3.3 Transport servicesFor information on T2 services for NPC Presidents and Secretaries General and forParalympic Family Assistants/Drivers, please see section 5.3.6.There will be a coach shuttle service to and from the Opening and ClosingCeremonies. All members of the Paralympic Family will be required to use this service.T2 vehicles will not be permitted for use at these times.5.3.4 Paralympic Family Accreditation CentreThe Paralympic Family Accreditation Centre will be located within the Grange StPaul’s Hotel. It will be operational from mid/late-August to 10 September 2012inclusive. The operating hours are likely to be 07:00–23:00.5.3.5 Opening and Closing Ceremonies ticketsComplimentary tickets for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for NPC Presidentsand Secretaries General will be distributed from the Paralympic Information Desk inthe Grange St Paul’s hotel on 28 and 29 August 2012 (hours of operation will beconfirmed at a later date).
