The website will also be used to communicate Rate Card news, updatesand alerts.To view the website, NPCs need to register their details with LOCOG. An NPCnominatedindividual will be responsible for managing the NPC’s Rate Card orders.NPCs can access the Rate Card website directly at http://ratecard.london2012.com.4.8.3 Ordering and invoicingDuring the Normal Order Period, NPCs will be able to place Rate Card ordersthrough the website. Orders placed at any stage during this period will be invoiced inMarch 2012.During the Late Order Period, most prices will increase by 25 per cent compared tothe Normal Order Period, and some products may have reduced availability. NPCsare encouraged to place orders as early as possible, and during the Normal OrderPeriod. After 31 May 2012 (the last day of the Late Order Period), the Rate Cardwebsite will no longer accept orders.In the Cut-off Period, no new orders, amendments or cancellations can be made,unless they are the result of the Paralympic Village allotment process or changes madeby LOCOG during this time.Rate Card items ordered in the Paralympic Village, Paralympic Rowing Village andParalympic Sailing Village will be installed and available to the NPCs upon theirarrival.London 2012 – NPC Chefs de Mission Dossier122
