Other ports of entryLOCOG encourages all NPCs to use London Heathrow Airport as the official Port ofEntry as this is where full transport Arrival and Departure services will be provided.For NPC delegations that have no alternative but to arrive at London City, LondonGatwick and London Stansted airports or St. Pancras International station, NPCsshould contact their NPC Relations representative.Early arrivalsFrom 20–28 August 2012, T3 services will be available to transfer the Chefs deMission and NPC advance teams, including their accompanying luggage, fromHeathrow Airport to the Paralympic Village in order to complete their DelegationRegistration Meetings (DRMs). These services will be in accordance with the arrivaland departure data entered on the Arrivals and Departures System (ADS).5.2.4 TA training and competition servicesAthlete and NPC team official training and competition transport services are plannedand developed in consultation with LOCOG Sport and the IPSFs. Service timings areplanned to enable:- arrivals for warm-up and preparation pre-session;- arrivals and departures during the session time;- departures immediately after the session;- departures after the session following warm-down; and- other requirements such as doping control procedures.Transport Mall to training venuesRegularly scheduled transport services will be scheduled to connect athletes todesignated training venues. The service will commence on 22 August 2012 and willcontinue until the close of each sport’s individual training session.Transport Mall to competition venuesCompetition venue shuttles will start approximately three hours prior to the event starttime, with the last vehicle leaving the venue two hours after the event.
