Prior to departure, an authorised person for each NPC will be required to confirm thereturn to LOCOG of all items rented in the Village. The process for returning items willbe communicated before NPCs arrive. 4.9 Technology4.9.1 Television servicesThe LOCOG television service will be available in all competition venues andParalympic Villages. The competition venue service will broadcast live sports feedsproduced within that venue and will also have access to commercial and radiochannels.Television in the Paralympic VillageOne free 32-inch television will be provided in all resident centres at the ParalympicVillage.In addition, the following will be offered as part of each NPC’s allotment:- One 32-inch television in each Chefs de Mission apartment;- One 32-inch television in the social space of each apartment; and- One 32-inch television in each NPC office.Larger televisions can be requested via the Rate Card website.Television channel content available at the Paralympic Village includes:- 50 commercial television and 24 radio channels, covering news, sport,entertainment and music;- 40 Paralympic ‘Live Sports’ feeds produced in the Paralympic venues, covering allsports; and- International channels with content covering international news, sport andentertainment in a variety of languages, provided by Olympic Broadcast Services.Televisions in the Paralympic Rowing Village and Paralympic Sailing VillageA 32-inch television will be provided in each social space at the Paralympic RowingVillage and the Paralympic Sailing Village.The television channel content available will be limited to 50 commercial televisionand 24 radio channels, covering news, sport entertainment and music.London 2012 – NPC Chefs de Mission Dossier126
