Airport parking outside of LOCOG transport operational periodAny of the public car parking facilities at the airport may be used at the NPC’sexpense. Further details on locations and fees can be found on Heathrow Airport’swebsite (http://www.heathrowairport.com).3.3.13 Arrivals at the VillagesWhen athletes and NPC team officials first arrive at the Village, they must enter withtheir luggage through the Welcome Centre. LOCOG Logistics will provide assistancewith the offloading of baggage and equipment from the coaches and trucks.Arrivals and Departures desk at the VillagesArrivals and departures support will be available at all three Villages from 22 Augustto 12 September 2012. There will also be an Arrivals and Departures desk in theNPC Services Centre in the Paralympic Village. At the Paralympic Rowing Village andthe Paralympic Sailing Village, a LOCOG Arrivals and Departures team representativewill be based in the Welcome Centre. LOCOG Arrivals and Departure staff will beable to offer advice, and record any changes to arrival and departure plans on theADS on behalf of the NPCs.
