Permit Check Points (PCPs) and Traffic Control Points (TCPs)The Permit Check Points (PCPs) will generally be located at the entry to a car park,load zone or staging area where the VAPP is checked by a member of the Transportteam to ensure access and/or parking is allowed. The Traffic Control Points (TCPs)manage traffic in highly congested areas.5.2.15 ParkingParking at all Paralympic venues will be extremely limited. Athletes and NPC teamofficials are strongly encouraged to use the LOCOG TA system as the most efficientway to travel to and from the venues. Long-term parking for sport equipment vehicleswill be provi<strong>de</strong>d for NPCs at or close to the following venues only: Eton Dorney,Greenwich Park and Weymouth and Portland (exact locations are yet to be<strong>de</strong>termined).5.2.16 T2 and T3 transport servicesT2 serviceNPCs will receive one car and PFA/driver to share between the NPC Presi<strong>de</strong>nt andthe NPC Secretary General. This is referred to as the T2 service.T2 vehicles are BMW 5 Series saloon cars and each vehicle will be equipped with amobile phone, GPS navigation system, driver route book and a VAPP allowing accessto all official Paralympic venues. The T2 service will be available from 07:00–23:00from 22 August to 12 September. The PFA will be available each day to work up to a10-hour shift, including meal and rest breaks. For every six days’ consecutive work,the PFA will be entitled to one day off. An additional PFA will be provi<strong>de</strong>d to cover thedays off.
