NPCswill be responsible to register all those vehicles on the TfL database to validatecompliance with London Low Emission Zone (LLEZ) standards. LLEZ operates 24 hoursa day every day of the year. Penalty charge notices will be issued for non-compliantvehicles that fail to pay a daily charge by midnight on the next working day, or forvehicles not registered outside Great Britain and not registered on the TfL websitebefore entering the LLEZ.
