Due to limited space in the <strong>Chefs</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Mission</strong> Meeting Hall, no more than two NPCrepresentatives per NPC may attend these meetings.Following each meeting, and on the same day, NPC Services and Relations willdistribute a report to NPCs <strong>de</strong>scribing how LOCOG has resolved issues raised duringthe meeting. This report will be sent by email to each NPC’s Chef <strong>de</strong> <strong>Mission</strong> and/orprimary point of contact in English, French or Spanish and posted on The Exchange.4.2.13 Sport Information Centre (SIC)The SIC will be located in the Resi<strong>de</strong>ntial Zone of the Paralympic Village, next to theNPC Services Centre.DatesHours of operation20–21 August 2012 08:00–20:0022 August – 9 September 2012 07:00–23:0010–12 September 2012 09:00–18:00Services provi<strong>de</strong>d at the SICThe SIC will contain Sport Information <strong>de</strong>sks <strong>de</strong>dicated to every Paralympic sport withthe exceptions of Rowing and Sailing, for which sport information will be disseminatedsolely at the respective competition venues. The staff at each Sport Information <strong>de</strong>skwill work closely with competition management to distribute key sport-specificinformation to teams during the Games.The services and information available at the SIC will inclu<strong>de</strong> the following:- Dissemination of general sport information, both through sport publications andthrough discussions with sport-specific staff;- Distribution of results, draw/start lists and other key competition information,including schedule updates where required;- Provision of training schedule information and, for selected sports, assistance withbooking and changing training sessions;- Provision of transport information and scheduling of team sport buses; and- Radio equipment inspections.Please refer to section 2.3.8 for information regarding classification at the London2012 Paralympic Games.London 2012 – NPC <strong>Chefs</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Mission</strong> <strong>Dossier</strong>96
