T3 serviceThe T3 service will be available from 18 August – 12 September 2012 for all eligibleT2 and T3 NPC clients. The T3 service consists of shared car or coach services.The T3 car service with drivers will provide a taxi-style service available ‘on demand’or by reservation. The T3 service will be available ‘on demand’ at all competitionvenues from the end of competition until two hours post-competition or until theParalympic Family lounge is empty and medal presentations are completed. T3 willalso be ‘on demand’ at the PFHs and from the Paralympic Village during their coreoperational opening dates and hours.T3 NPC clients will also be able to book the T3 service through a reservation systemfor travel to other official destinations within the Paralympic Territory and to venuesoutside of their peak operational hours. Reservations will only be accepted for venueson the official T3 destination list. The T3 destination list is still under approval and willbe posted on The Exchange once it has been finalised.Bookings for the T3 service in accordance with the guidelines (that is, outside of ‘ondemand’ periods at venues) can be made via the Transport desks, which are locatedat the Paralympic Village, Paralympic Rowing Village and Paralympic Sailing Village,the PFHs, the IBC/MPC and in the Paralympic Family Lounges at all competitionvenues. Reservations can also be made via a dedicated reservation telephone hotline.To ensure service, reservations for London and out of London venues must be made atleast four hours before the service is required. For travel within Weymouth andPortland, reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.The T3 service will not be available for travel to Weymouth and Portland but aseparate T3 system will operate for travel within each city. NPC clients with T3transport privileges should contact the Transport desk to book transport services shouldthey wish to travel to the Sailing venue.In Weymouth and Portland, T3 travel will only be permitted to and from officialdestinations as per the T3 official destination list.The full T3 car service will operate from 07:00–23:00 between 22 August and 9September with reduced overnight services.
