The mechanism for how NPC clients will access free public transport and the exactdates of entitlement is still under development. Please note the inclusion of rail servicesin the entitlement is yet to be confirmed. An update on public transport operations andentitlement dates will be provided at the Chefs de Mission Seminar.5.2.22 TaxisBlack cab taxis and private hire vehicles will have a designated drop-off/pick-up pointat each official competition venue and official non-competition venue, including theParalympic Village, Paralympic Rowing Village and Paralympic Sailing Village. Taxisand private hire vehicles will not be provided free of charge.5.2.23 Branding on NPC vehiclesStandard manufacturer branding is permitted on vehicle(s) used by NPCs in the UKand for official Games purposes during the period of the London 2012 Games. Anyadditional manufacturer branding (for example, limited edition ‘look’ or corporateidentifiers) is not permitted. NPCs may, for identification purposes only, place the NPCemblem on these vehicle(s).
