The Technology help <strong>de</strong>sk, Spectrum licensing office and Press Rate Card team will bebased in the Service Centre on the first floor.In addition to the Catering Village (where up to 2,500 members of the media can eatat once), there will be coffee and snack kiosks located on each floor, a trolley servicefor light snacks across all floors, and a bar on the ground floor.MPC accessBoth press (zone 4, by <strong>de</strong>fault all E category) and broadcasters (zone 5) have accessto the MPC, as well as any accredited individual with ‘MPC’ on his or her PIAC.Individuals accredited for the MPC can request MPC Guest Passes by filling in anonline form at least 24 hours in advance. All Guest Passes are non-transferable andvalid for one day only. There will be three Guest Pass offices, one located near theMedia Transport Mall, one in the common domain near the access point to the MPC,and one near Stratford International railway station.MPC private office spaceNPCs and press organisations can rent private office space in the MPC if spacepermits. The <strong>de</strong>adline to provi<strong>de</strong> the Press Operations team with your Intent to Rentform was 27 July 2011 and or<strong>de</strong>rs must be placed via the Press Rate Card by 29February 2012. Please note that the Press Rate Card is separate from the NPC RateCard.NPCs that require office space but have not yet requested it and/or would like torequest access to the Press Rate Card website should emailpressratecard@london2012.com.NPCs should place or<strong>de</strong>rs via the Press Rate Card for furniture, equipment andtechnology in their MPC office.MPC media conferencesThe MPC will have three media conference rooms, the largest of which will seat 400people.
