6 Image System Calibration
VERIFY CCD CAMERA COOLER OPERATION
1. With the system powered off, connect a DVM to R4 of the Image Functions PCB
while observing the polarity as shown in Figure 3.

2. Power on the system and verify the CCD cooler control voltage works as follows:
• 7-10 Seconds ≈ 2.5 VDC (Cooler ON)
• 30-40 Seconds ≈ 0.0 VDC (Cooler OFF)
3. Confirm the voltage changes for one or two cycles to verify the operation of the
CCD cooler logic. Remove the DVM when finished.
