Building management
The building facility is controlled by the contractor which also deals with waste recycling to comply
with the local industrial waste regulations. The industrial waste flow chart from the building to the
waste management systems is described in Fig. 9.

Staff members working in the building are expected to classify the wastes into combustible, non
- combustible, cans and bottles, recycled papers (one way usable, both printed, and magazines/
news papers) and kitchen wastes (wet wastes). All wastes on each floor are collected by the contractor,
and further classified into the groups in Fig. 9 (far left) for each agency, and are passed
