"The Republic of Slovenia recognizes to the Committee on the Elimination of Racial
Discrimination competence to receive and consider communications from individuals or
groups of individuals within its jurisdiction claiming to be victims of a violation by the Republic
of Slovenia of any of the rights set forth in the Convention, with the reservation that
the Committee shall not consider any communications unless it has ascertained that the
same matter has not been, and is not being, examined under another procedure of international
investigation or settlement."

La Rdpublique de Slovdnie reconnait au Comitd pour l'limination de la discrimination
raciale competence pour recevoir et examiner des communications 6manant de personnes
ou de groupes de personnes relevant de sa juridiction qui se plaindraient d'6tre victimes
d'une violation, par la R~publique de Slovdnie, de l'un quelconque des droits dnoncds dans
la Convention, sous r6serve que le Comit n'examine aucune communication sans s'tre assurd
que la m~me affaire n'a pas dtd examinde, ou n'est pas en cours d'examen, dans le cadre
d'une autre procedure internationale d'enqu6te ou de r~glement.
