Notifies, by virtue of article 6, paragraph 3, of the Convention, that the authorities of<br />
the Eastern Republic of Uruguay exercise jurisdiction over the offences set forth in article<br />
2, to which reference is made in article 6, paragraph 2. With regard to article 6, paragraph<br />
2, subparagraphs (a) and (b), that jurisdiction is established in article 10 of the Penal Code<br />
(Act 9.155 of 4 December 1933) and, with regard to article 6, paragraph 2, subparagraph<br />
(e), in article 4 of the Aeronautical Code (Decree-Law 14.305 of 29 November 1974).
