competent authorities may come to an agreement as to the reimbursement of other expenses
or the waiver of reimbursement.
Article 9
Any questions that may arise concerning the implementation of this Agreement shall
be settled by the competent authorities or the liaison offices.
Article 10
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the two Contracting Parties
have notified each other that their domestic requirements for its entry into force have been
fulfilled. The date of entry into force shall be the date on which the last such notification is
received.
Article 11
This Agreement is concluded for the duration of one year from its entry into force. It
shall be tacitly renewed from year to year unless denounced in writing by either of the Parties
no later than three months prior to the expiration of the annual term.
Done in Berlin on 3 April 2000 in two originals, each in the German and Italian languages,
both texts being equally authentic.
In witness whereof the undersigned representatives, duly authorized by their Governments,
have signed this Agreement.
