Repfibllca de Chile, quedan sometidos a la Jurlsdlcd6n chilena los crfmenes y simples<br />
delitos perpetrados fuera del teritorto de la Reltbllca que est~n comprendidos en los<br />
tratados celebrados con otras potencas.<br />

In accordance with article 6, paragraph 3, of the International Convention for the Suppression<br />
of Terrorist Bombings, the Government of Chile declares that, in accordance with<br />
article 6, paragraph 8, of the Courts Organization Code of the Republic of Chile, crimes and<br />
ordinary offences committed outside the territory of the Republic which are covered in treaties<br />
concluded with other Powers remain under Chilean jurisdiction.
