The course is envisaged for the students of the programme Teacher of Music. The aim of the
study course is to provide students with the theoretical knowledge in the subject and to
develop their practical skills in instrumentation and the basics of accompanying. The
objectives of the course include the acquisition of basic theoretical principles in composition
of various ensemble scores and instrumentation, the fundamentals of free harmonization of a
melody, as well as the accompanying according to letters or numbers. Training is gradual and
purposeful.
