The proposed dimensions are those that had <strong>the</strong> highest amplitude <strong>of</strong> papers, articles, essays etc
which are justified in <strong>the</strong> last column. These factors show overwhelming substantial areas required to
successfully implement KM in an organization moving to a LO because <strong>the</strong>y have been categorized
based on subject oriented studies.
As <strong>the</strong> table below shows, for assessing <strong>the</strong> KM readiness <strong>of</strong> an organization while transferring into a
LO, 10 dimensions should be considered including:
Knowledge and learning strategy
Learning dynamics
Organizational culture
Technological infrastructure
Organizational structure
Customers, partners and suppliers (external sources <strong>of</strong> knowledge)
Tacit and explicit knowledge process
Incentives based on collective learning , performance and sharing knowledge
Continuous evaluation <strong>of</strong> KM benefits towards performance upgrading
