domain modelling, content search, knowledge management and text mining. He specialises in semantic web
driven technologies such as knowledge representation using ontologies, knowledge base systems and <strong>the</strong>
Linked Data Cloud.
Natalia Tikhomirova is a Doctor in Economics, Pr<strong>of</strong>essor, Rector <strong>of</strong> Moscow State University <strong>of</strong> Economics,
Statistics and Informatics. Member <strong>of</strong> <strong>European</strong> Organisation for Quality(Russia), Head <strong>of</strong> working group on
e-learning, distance education and new educational technologies at Committee <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> State Duma. Her
Current research is in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> knowledge and quality management, e-learning.

Kamila Tislerova works in <strong>the</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Business Admnistration, University <strong>of</strong> JE Purkyne in Usti nad
