Geert-Jan van Bussel is a certified archivist and has a PhD in information and archival studies. He is a
senior lecturer and researcher at the HvA / Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Assistant
Professor at the University of Amsterdam. He is the director of an international consultancy on strategic
information and records management and records auditing.
Giovanni Camponovo is lecturer at the Department of Business and Social Sciences of the University of
Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). He received a PhD in Business Information Systems
from the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne. His current research focuses on
innovative business models, information systems, adoption and usage.
Giacomo Carli is a PhD candidate in Management at the University of Bologna where he received a
Master’s degree in engineering management. He had worked for two consulting companies as organizational
consultant. During his PhD, he serves as lecturer in the Organizational Change course. His research
interests include dynamic capabilities, organizational design and IT management.
Fergal Carton is a senior researcher in the Financial Services Innovation Centre (FSIC) at University
College Cork in Ireland. Fergal’s research domain is the integration of IS into business processes for
resource visibility, performance control and decision support. Fergal leads FSIC research in the Payments
Industry, with a particular focus on mobile payments.
Sunil Choenni heads the department of Statistical Information Management and Policy Analysis of the
Research and Documentation Centre (WODC) of the Dutch Ministry of Justice and is professor of human
centered ICT at the School for Communication, Media and Information Technology, Rotterdam University of
Applied Sciences. His research interests include data warehouses and data mining, databases, egovernment,
and human centered design.
Marie-Therese Christiansson, is a senior lecturer in Information Systems at Karlstad University in Sweden.
Her research interest covers process oriented driven business and system development. The focus of her
research is co-production in an established network of practitioners, in private as well as public
organisations, with interest in e-Service development and lightweight business process methodologies.
Maria Concetta De Vivo is assistant professor of Private Law, professor of information law, the Digital
Economy Law and Administration, Law and New Technologies at the University of Camerino. He is also the
author of essays on law and new technologies.
Rita Cristóvão graduated in 2001 from Nova School of Business and Economics and post-graduated in
2004 from INDEG Business School. In 2001 worked as management consultant at Deloitte in the healthcare
sector. In 2004 started to work in SIGIC and is now the assistant coordinator of SIGIC in the Central
Administration of the NHS.
Renata Paola Dameri is professor in Accounting and Information Systems at Faculty of Economics,
University of Genova, Italy. She is visiting professor in IT governance at the University of Paris-Dauphine.
She is also member of the research Unit “Information Systems” at Bocconi School of Management.
Jan Devos is a lecturer in IT/IS at Ghent University department Howest. He holds a master’s degree in
Computer Science and an MBA. He has his own company and conducted more than 50 expert opinions on
IS failures. His current research interests are IT in SME’s and IS failures.
Kim Dong-Hyun is a senior researcher of National Information Society Agency in Korea. He is an member
of the IT society and IT evaluation, and is a consultant to ministerial officers in the Korean government with
interests in the information society and future plans
Leonora Esteves is a post-graduate in Territorial Management (Environment and Natural Resources), at the
Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and Collaborator at the e-Geo Research Center for Geography and Regional
Planning, in the Environmental and Socio-economic Dynamics: Managing for Sustainability investigation
group.
