Information and Knowledge Management using ArcGIS ModelBuilder

Elena Serova has a PhD in Economics. She is currently a Senior Lecturer for the Information Technologies
in Management Department, GSOM Saint-Petersburg State University. Her research Interests are
Information: the technological resources of Russian Economy, Managing and Using Information Systems, a
Strategic Approach, Enterprise Information Systems, and marketing Information Systems.
João Soares graduated in 2006 and is now pursuing a Master‘s Degree in Computer Science specialising in
Enterprise Information Systems. Within Enterprise Architecture, his interests are Models and Frameworks,
Business-IT Allignment and Methods, and Processes and Patterns for EA Development.
Sharina Tajul Urus is currently is a full time PhD student at School of Business IT and Logistics, RMIT
University, Melbourne. She completed her Master‘s in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology and
her BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. Her research interests
include Enterprise Resource Planning and Feral system.
Torben Tambo is Associate Professor at AU Herning and Director of Studies in Technology Based Business
Development. Torben holds an MSc from the Danish Technical University and has published in the Journal
of Enterprise Architecture, the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, International Association for
Management of Technology.
Pietro Tapanelli is a Ph.D. student in e-Government services at the University of Camerino. After graduating
in law, he took a Master‘s in Law, Economy and Information Technology, and graduated from the School of
Specialization in Civil Law at the same university.
Jose Teixeira is currently taking his doctoral studies in Turku University. He has studied at Oporto
University, IAE Aix-en-Provence, Turku School of Economics and Tilburg University, covering topics on
computer science, information systems, management and economics. He also worked in the Industry for
reputable companies such as Wipro, Tesco and Nokia. His research addresses the open-source software
phenomenon.
Nelly Todorova is a senior lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at the
University of Canterbury, New Zealand, where she teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Her
current research interests focus on the general areas of knowledge management and IS evaluation and,
more specifically, value creation in knowledge management.
Bartosz Wachnik specializes in MIS implementation. He is a member of senior management of Alna
Business Solutions in Poland, a branch of the Lithuanian company, which is one of the largest IT companies
in the Baltic area. He has published more than 20 articles in professional and academic journals, and has cooperated
with University of Technology in Warsaw where he holds a PhD.
Mohd Yusof is a head researcher at the Software Technology and Management Centre at the Faculty of
Information Science and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan, Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Information
Systems from Brunel University, West London. Her research focus includes HIS evaluation, Management
Information Systems, Information Systems development, and the Viable System Model.
Hamed Majidi Zolbanin is a Master's student in urban affairs management at university of Tehran. Since
completing his Bachelor's studies in computer engineering (at Sharif University of technology), he has
worked on IT competency development among municipal managers. He is currently working in the IT
department of the Tehran Stock Exchange.
