1. Be hopeful ; for aforetime ye were put to shame through<br />

ills and affliction ; but soon ye will shine as the stars <strong>of</strong><br />

heaven, ye will shine and ye will be seen, and the portals <strong>of</strong><br />

heaven will be opened to you. 3. And persist in your cry<br />

for judgment, and it will appear to you ; for all your tribula-<br />

lation will be visited on the rulers, and on all their helpers<br />

and on those who plundered you. 4. Be hopeful, and cast<br />

not away your hope ; for ye will have great joy as the angels<br />

<strong>of</strong> heaven. 5. What will ye be obliged to do then ? Ye<br />

will not have to hide on the day <strong>of</strong> the great judgment and<br />

ye will not be found as sinners, and the eternal judgment<br />

will be far <strong>from</strong> you for all the generations <strong>of</strong> the world.<br />

This is exactly what he did in the [vi. 71]; vii. 55. Portals <strong>of</strong> heaven<br />
