Creating a Profile View
Image tab—Allows you
to change the pixel size in
the display. Shown below
the X pixels represent .5
µm and the X pixels
represent .25 µm, the
default setting for the 40x
objective lens.
Grid tab—Allows you to
change the default
spacing and units for the
grid.
The Profile View tool allows you to see the pixel intensity across a single line, or
profile, in any image window.
