4. Check appropriate Data Saving entries. Save images as either Jpeg or Flat.<br />

5. Click OK. The window closes and the <strong>iCys</strong> scan begins.<br />

Keep in mind that during Scan and Save, most options are disabled.<br />

When you stop the scan before all scan areas have been scanned, you will be given the<br />

chance to keep the data that has been already saved:<br />

If you select No, the all run data already saved will be deleted. The run number will<br />

not be reused, so the number for the next saved run will be incremented.<br />

Laser Shutter buttons<br />

The laser shutter buttons allow you to manually open laser shutters. When the laser<br />

shutter is open, the button appears pressed and the laser graphic is colored. During<br />

scan the buttons update to reflect the current shutter status.<br />

Objective pulldown<br />

Use the Objective pulldown to let the software know which objective is currently<br />

selected in the turret.<br />
