Highlighting a template displays any comments that were saved with it in the<br />

Annotation field.<br />

If a workspace is already open when you choose New Run, you will be given the<br />

option of saving changes to it before it is closed.<br />

Using the tabs you can choose from the templates provided with <strong>iCys</strong>, previously<br />

saved workspaces, or recently accessed workspaces. You can also browse for<br />

workfiles stored elsewhere.<br />

<strong>iCys</strong> Templates<br />

The following templates are included with the basic <strong>iCys</strong> software.<br />

[1] Empty<br />

The Empty template contains a 96 well plate carrier diagram and a blank protocol<br />

sheet. The Empty template can be used as a starting point in developing your own<br />

customized workspace.<br />

[2] One Primary<br />

The One Primary template has two tabs, Protocol and Data. The Data tab is an<br />

empty window provided for the display of histograms, scattergrams, etc.<br />
