Disassembly
When making repairs on hydrostatic and
hydraulic systems, clean the work area before
disassembly and keep all parts clean. Always
use caps and plugs on hoses, tubelines and
ports to keep dirt out. Dirt can quickly damage
the system.

Mark the pump sections for correct assembly [A].
Remove the four pump housing bolts (Item 1) [B] from the
small gear pump end housing.
Remove the small gear pump end housing (Item 2) [B].
Remove the small gear pump housing (Item 3) [B] from
the center housing.
Remove the O–ring (Item 1) [C] from the end housing.
Remove the backup seal/O–ring seal (Item 2) [C] from
the pump housing.
Remove the O–ring (Item 1) [D] from the center housing.
Remove the backup seal/O–ring seal (Item 2) [D].
