Assembly (Cont’d)
Install the bearing housing/gears assembly into the pump
housing [A].
Install the large O–ring (Item 1) [A].
Install the backup seal/O–ring seal (Item 2) [A].
Install pump housing on the center housing [B].
Install the large O–ring (Item 1) [B].
Install the backup seal/O–ring seal (Item 2) [B].
Install the end housing.
Install the four pump housing bolts.
Tighten the small pump housing bolts to 20–25 ft.–lbs.
(27–34 Nm) torque [C].
Tighten the large pump housing bolts (hex head & allen
head) to 33–41 ft.–lbs. (45–56 Nm) torque [D].
