Adjusting the Wheel RPM Left Compared to Right<br />

Si<strong>de</strong><br />

NOTE: This procedure is for MINOR adjustment in<br />

full forward travel only. Steering neutral<br />

setting must be correctly adjusted before<br />

this procedure.<br />

1. Loosen the bolts at the stop (Item 1) [A] and lower<br />

the lever stops (both si<strong>de</strong>s).<br />

2. Start the engine.<br />

Put jackstands un<strong>de</strong>r the front axles and rear<br />

corners of the frame before running the engine<br />

for service. Failure to use jackstands can allow<br />

the machine to fall or move and cause injury or<br />

<strong>de</strong>ath.<br />

3. Check wheel RPM left and right si<strong>de</strong> [B]. They<br />

should be the same. If not, the stop (Item 1) [A] can<br />

be used for MINOR adjustment. Bring the stop up<br />

on the faster si<strong>de</strong> until RPM is equal. (Tighten stop<br />

before re–checking) tighten remaining si<strong>de</strong> in down<br />

position.<br />
