HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE (Cont’d)
Tilt Spool and Centering Spring
Remove the end cap screws (Item 1) [A].
Assembly: Tighten the screws to 90–100 in.–lbs.
(10,2–11,3 Nm) torque.
Remove the end cap [B].
Remove the spool, centering spring, backup washer and
spool seal [C].
Assembly: If the centering spring bolt is removed, tighten
to 90–100 in.–lbs. (10,2–11,3 Nm) torque. Put grease on
all the centering spring component parts. Always use new
spool seal.
