HYDRAULIC FILTER HOUSING
Removal and Installation
When making repairs on hydrostatic and
hydraulic systems, clean the work area before
disassembly and keep all parts clean. Always
use caps and plugs on hoses, tubelines and
ports to keep dirt out. Dirt can quickly damage
the system.

Remove the hydrostatic filter housing. (See Page 2–66.)
Disconnect the wire (Item 1) [A] from the sender.
Disconnect the tubeline (Item 2) [A].
Disconnect the hose (Item 1) [B].
Remove the four mounting bolts (Item 2) [B].
Installation: Tighten the mounting bolts to 25 ft.–lbs. (34
Nm) torque.
Remove the hydraulic filter/filter housing assembly.
