BOB–TACH<br />

Removal and Installation<br />

Tilt the Bob–Tach forward, so it is parallel to the floor. Put<br />

blocks approximately 3 inches thick un<strong>de</strong>r each si<strong>de</strong> of<br />

the Bob–Tach (Item 1) [A]. Lower the Bob–Tach onto the<br />

blocks [A].<br />

Remove the retainer bolt (Item 1) [B] from the pivot pin.<br />

Installation: Tighten the retainer bolt to 18–20 ft.–lbs.<br />

(24–27 Nm) torque.<br />

Remove the grease fitting from the pivot pin (Item 1) [C].<br />

Remove the rod end pivot pin (Item 1) [C].<br />

Remove the tilt cylin<strong>de</strong>r rod end.<br />

Remove the seals (Item 1) [D].<br />
