RELATED OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE: By June <strong>2008</strong>, the administration will assess the quality of the agency’s employee<br />

evaluation forms to identify strengths and weaknesses, develop recommendations for improvement, and implement recommendations.<br />

DESCRIPTIVE NARRATIVE: A review of staff evaluation forms within the agency will be conducted in order to determine their<br />

adequacy, to identify needs, and to recommend improvements.<br />

ACTIVITIES<br />

1. Develop a work plan to investigate the<br />

possibility of a new evaluation form in<br />

cooperation with all bargaining unit<br />

representatives.<br />

2. Form a committee to review present<br />

contractual forms for the annual<br />

observations/evaluations of all <strong>BOCES</strong><br />

employees with respective bargaining unit<br />

representatives.<br />

3. Conduct a field test of the new instrument<br />

with a select number of employees from each<br />

participating bargaining group<br />
