Strategy Statement<br />
By <strong>2009</strong>, there will be a measurable increase in the percent of our<br />
stakeholders and the public at large that recognize <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Suffolk</strong><br />
<strong>BOCES</strong> as a quality regional educational institution. By <strong>2008</strong>, there will<br />
be a measurable increase in the percent of <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Suffolk</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> staff<br />
who agree that they are informed about agency actions, have<br />
opportunities for input to agency decisions, and can represent the<br />
mission and vision of the agency to the outside world from a position of<br />
knowledge, understanding, and participating in its future. This will be<br />
accomplished through the efforts of a coordinated set of public<br />
information strategies and coordinated communication activities<br />
implemented by the Office of Communications.<br />

internal procedures and embedded controls to streamline print production<br />
and ensure quality control.<br />
